Overview:
This example shows a crude design of a hammock that is supported by the host vehicle for its primary support. This design put a huge emphasis on simplicity, and doesn't detract to the relaxing activity it will provide. It stores in the over head luggage rack above the vehicle. Multiple Travel Hammocks™ can be stowed and deployed off the same host vehicle. This sturdy yet light weight frame is versatile as it can be used as a tent / awning frame. It is designed to have your head up higher than your feet and does not obstruct your view. typical hammocks would be suspended between trees and that tree would block most of your view.

Thank you for reviewing this conceptual project. This will be an interesting project in the fabrication process using 3d printing, welding and textile that is environmentally friendly and non hypoallergenic.
